Appetizers-canapés are always a great start to any feast. There are a lot of options for fillings for such canapes (pates, mousses, red fish, cut into small cubes, with a drop of olive oil and lemon juice). But I want to offer a classic of ANY festive table: Puff pastry canape with caviar and curd cheese. The recipe is as simple as possible and does not require much effort. #cuckpad4
Ingredients: Puff pastry, Classic curd cheese, without additives, Caviar, Microgreens or any greens, Lemon wedge juice
Cooking method:
Half of the package of puff pastry (or all, it all depends on the number of guests), defrost, cut out small mugs and send them to bake in the oven until cooked, about 15-20 minutes before ruddy. Cool down. If the workpiece turned out to be high, you can divide it into 2 parts.
Gently grease with cottage cheese, decorate with microgreens (I have watercress) or any other greens to taste. Lay caviar on top. Sprinkle with a splash of lemon juice, if desired.
P.s. Ready-made puff pastry blanks can be stored for several days in a hermetically sealed container. And if you wish, in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea, prepare yourself a quick little sandwich.
