DRYING NUTS
I will dry two types at once: here I have cashews, I washed them well and distributed them on parchment.
I do the same with walnuts. I washed them too, because I bought them already cleaned.
Now I put both baking sheets in the oven at 70 ° C for half an hour.
After half an hour, I just mix them, increase the temperature to 80 ° C and leave for another 20 minutes.
When the nuts are dry, I increase the temperature to 100 ° C and leave for half an hour.
Half an hour passed. The walnuts are ready.
I leave cashews for another half an hour at 100 ° C degrees.
The principle of this drying is the gradual heating of the nuts.
And when they are completely dry, they will also gradually need to be fried.
I increase the temperature of the oven to 120 ° C degrees and now the breaks will already be shorter.
I look after 15 minutes, you can leave another ten minutes.
I increase the temperature to 130 ° C degrees.
Now you need to watch closely, the nuts are already changing color. As a result, you need to come to rich creamy and shiny tones. That is, so that the nut butter has already begun to stand out a little.
Already very pleasant and strongly smells of nuts. I put it on 140 ° C degrees and hold for another 10 minutes.
