Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

I do not know about you, but I have been a wonderful weekend. Finally I rested all day (Saturday) I forgot about work, are not counted no calories and have a good time with family.

And how nice was to go to the clothing store, when you take the size of 48 - and he'll just. Now I'm ready for the winter. Quietly buy myself things essentials trying until you spend money on clothes.

And, for the first time in more than a year and a half I ate a piece of cake, prepared not by PP prescription. I could not resist and did not try the wonderful chocolate cake, which is prepared for our arrival in-law.

This Saturday the day of loading I failed. And I am more and more convinced that such days are needed and I regret that at the initial stage of the way did not allow herself even cheat mil (it would be much easier psychologically and might avoid paying).

Sunday breakfast I have passed away, and as they say "expensive -rich". We decided to walk, so to walk - not often going together.

For breakfast sandwiches for wholemeal bread (about 60 g) with curd cheese (about 20 g), and salted salmon (about 80 g).

Breakfast turned around 360 kcal.

Green tea I never change it is my constant companion.

Home went closer to the dinner and stopped at the market on Losinka (Muscovites certainly know about it). And there, in my favorite I have a kiosk, finally bought myself dried fruits and nuts.

Now I am equipped with my favorite dried mango (someone asked producer countries - Viet Nam) and on a sample taken dried cranberries. From Cranberry I am also delighted - now I will buy it if possible. What mango, cranberries are not very sweet. Mango has a distinctive taste, and a little sour cranberries.

At home, we have lunch - was laid up chicken broth.

For lunch chicken soup (300 g) with pasta durum (50 g as a finished product) and 40 g of chicken meat. It was soup 20 g of wholemeal bread and 45 g of tomato.

Lunch turned on 385 kcal.

And, of course, chicken skin, I do not eat.

After dinner, I took off with the tea sample with dried fruits: mango 20 g, 20 g of cranberries, and 20 g of dried fruit (which is clearly turned on grams) with green chaem- 160 kcal.

I forgot to tell you about figs. Also on trial I took a mini-figs, but not happy, this is the will not buy more, better take longer cranberry next time.

In another was 15 grams of peanuts a day - 80 kcal.

For some reason, very much like eggs. The organism demanded a protein missing him?

For dinner eggs fried eggs from two eggs (a very long time I did not come across eggs with two yolks - see photo), and 50 grams of cucumber.

It turned out to dinner 290 kcal.

All in all, the day I typed 1275 kcal.

I drank their water intake.

From tomorrow, I want to start a little experiment. It occurred to me that you can try for skin tightening poprinimat bath with sea salt. I do not know if that helps me, but why not try?

I also acquired a new equipment for physical training at home - gum for fitness. I have long wanted this, but I pushed the price. And in many of your favorite store, I saw this and only 99 rubles.
