Ingredients: Dough:, eggs, sour cream, flour, salt, Stuffing: tomato, smoked sausage, canned mushrooms, hard cheese, vegetable oil for greasing the mold
Cooking method:
Prepare the required ingredients.
We make the dough: mix eggs, salt, sour cream. Add sifted flour. Knead the dough with a whisk until smooth.
Pour the dough into an oiled mold. We spread the sausage, cut into circles, then the tomato - into cubes.
We place mushrooms on top (I had chopped champignons), sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200°C until golden brown.
