If you are thinking of a hearty delicious lunch or a festive dish, I suggest cooking pork and potatoes in a pot in the oven. Every hostess probably has pots, they always turn out dishes so tasty that it is impossible to come off. You can cook meat, vegetables, poultry, cereals, etc. in them.

Today's recipe is the most common, because potatoes with meat are a successful and tasty combination, which is why everyone has definitely tried this dish in pots. It is also convenient that you can serve them to the table for each guest separately, the treat will not cool down immediately, but will remain hot for some time.

This dish is combined with absolutely any vegetables, herbs, homemade pickles. The cooking process is simple and quick, so it's time to start.

Ingredients:

Pork - 300 g

Potatoes - 300 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Carrots - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Water - 50 ml

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare the entire set of required ingredients. If desired, on your own, you can add herbs or vegetables.

2. Peel and wash potato tubers under cool water. Cut each potato into medium cubes. Small cuts are not suitable for cooking in a pot, as the root vegetable can turn into a puree in the process.

3. Peel carrots and onions, wash vegetables immediately. Cut carrots into strips, chop the onion into half rings or cubes. At this stage, you can already turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

4. Rinse a piece of pork under running cool water, dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into small pieces.

5. Put all prepared ingredients in a saucepan or bowl, add garlic chopped into plates. Stir the food and sprinkle with salt and ground pepper in the process. You can add various spices.

6. Lightly grease the inside of the pot with vegetable oil, fill with a mixture of vegetables and meat. After pouring in a little water, literally 50 ml. Cover and place in the oven for 50 minutes.

7. After the specified time, arrange the potatoes with meat on plates, serve.
