Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
The weekend is a lull in the Zen, even not in the mood to prepare the next day with a menu. No feedback is felt to realize that everything I do though someone needs.
After yesterday, which took place on the road, business, and even had time to visit relatives, I finally take a break from everything and everyone. Therefore, we spent the whole day at home. Even walking is not gone, and the weather was not pleased with the whole day it was snowing and then thawed.
Neither the weather nor the mood). How can you not start there?)
For breakfast I had sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with butter (5 g smeared as she could))) and fish (60 g).
All this under the vkusnuypirogek green tea and capsule of omega - 3 during meal time. And I begin again from Monday to drink vitamins.
Just happened to breakfast 440 kcal.
Many question comes about, what kind of bread I buy. Basically I try to buy this bread here in the store VkusVill:
The truth is not always possible to buy it there and then have a look -That rye, and that there was no flour.
Snack was apple (110 g) and green tea 15 g chocolate 75%.
Snack turned on 130 kcal.
For lunch Fig stewed with onions and carrots (110 g), chicken breast (120g) under sour cream (5 g) and wet (15 c). And a little bit of fresh cucumber (60 g).
Lunch turned on 400 kcal.
Chicken breast has done a lot today, for the whole family and myself a few times, so not particularly straining, warmed chicken breast for dinner (110 g) and nonstick fry pan on a drop of olive oil mixture vegetables (115 g).
Dinner came to 250 kcal.
2 hours before sleep, I ate a can of soft cheese 4,5% (120 g) - 90 kcal.
Total for the day turned 1310 kcal.
Just a holiday of some kind. Day seal plus get up to 1300 kcal and BZHU right. Yes, the rate of water to drink.
