Cooking method:
We prepare the marinade for meat: mix vegetable oil, salt, pepper, seasonings for meat, 3 tbsp. Mustard seeds, 3 tbsp soy sauce. We cut the meat into 5-7 mm plates and marinate it in our marinade. We leave for the night. Then we grill it. If there is no grill, then already in the pan, but watch so as not to overcook and so that all the juices remain inside. Then we cut it into thin slices.
Boil the eggs and cut into 8 pieces.
Cherry also cut in half.
We usually cut Beijing, pepper into strips.
Adyghe cheese cut into cubes.
Cooking dressing "mayonnaise, sour cream, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. Mustard seeds, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. honey and grapefruit juice. We mix everything. Let's try it to our liking. Juice and honey can be different for everyone, so we customize to your liking.
We mix Beijing, pepper, eggs, tomatoes, cheese, meat and season with dressing.
Decorate with crackers on top. Salad on the second day because of Peking is no longer worth it.
