Cooking method:
Dough: Mix 70 ml of water with yeast and a pinch of sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
The remaining water is mixed with olive oil, yeast. Add flour, salt and knead a soft dough.
Brush the dough with olive oil. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 2-3 hours.
Sauce: mash tomatoes with a fork and mix with ricotta. Salt, pepper, grate the zest.

Knead the risen dough again. Roll out into a circle (I got a diameter of 34 cm)
Brush with sauce and add onions. Send to bake for 7 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees
In the meantime, grate the cheese, cut the mozzarella into discs.
Put tuna, spinach, mozzarella and grated cheese on the already baked cake.
Send to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Drizzle the finished pizza with lemon, olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
