You can serve delicious casserole to the table with any berry sauces or just like that. For decoration, use various berries and fruits, a sprig of mint.

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 250 g
Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
Stevia or sugar - 2 tsp
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Blueberries - 2 handfuls
Description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Choose cottage cheese with any percentage of fat. If necessary, rub it through a sieve.
Immediately turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.
Take a deep bowl, put the cottage cheese into it, beat in one chicken egg.
For sweetness, add stevia or sugar - at your discretion. The sweetener will be healthier.
Pour a spoonful of flour into a container with cottage cheese.
Add sour cream with a low percentage of fat next to the ingredients.
Mix all ingredients well with a spoon or whisk.
Oil the oven dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Transfer the curd mass into it.
Wash and dry the blueberries. Then "drown" the berries in the curd.
Cook the blueberry curd casserole for 20 minutes.
After a while, serve a delicious dish to the table.
