This is the most frequent dish on our table, we love it very much. If you do not like chicken, you can replace it with beef tenderloin - in this case, the dish will acquire a more expressive "beef" taste. Pork tenderloin is also suitable for this purpose. Chicken stir-fry is more neutral, or something.
Ingredients: Egg noodles, Vegetable oil, Chicken fillet, Carrots, Celery stalk, Red bell pepper, Garlic, Grated ginger, Water, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Sesame oil, Corn starch, Sugar, Green onion
Cooking method:
Boil the noodles until tender, put on a sieve.
Cut the fillet into thin long strips, salt and pepper. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, fry the fillet over high heat until golden brown.
Remove the meat from the wok into a separate cup. Pour 1 tbsp into the wok. l. vegetable oil and add all the vegetables at once - finely chopped carrots, pepper cubes, thinly sliced celery. Fry until they are soft for 4-5 minutes. Add grated garlic and ginger, fry for another 30 seconds.
Return the fried chicken, boiled noodles to the wok, mix everything and pour over the sauce. (for the sauce, mix water, soy and oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and starch). Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens, sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately. ⠀ Serve and enjoy.
