The biscuit turns out to be a rich light green color, absolutely no taste of spinach, moist, heavy, very tasty!
Ingredients: - spinach, - sugar, - flour, - baking powder, - egg
Cooking method:
We take 180 grams of washed spinach leaves, grind with a blender into gruel, you can add a little vegetable oil, this will make whipping a little easier.
We send 7 eggs to the thicket, beat a little, gradually add 200 grams of sugar and beat for about 10 minutes until the mass triples.
Mix 250 grams of sifted flour and 10 grams of baking powder, gradually pour in the egg mixture and mix at low speed of the mixer, when all the flour is added, spread the spinach puree a little more mix.
Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters, bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden stick.
We cool the biscuit on a wire rack, wrap it in cling film and let it rest for several hours in the refrigerator so it will be better cut and the biscuit will crumble less, cut into 3 equal parts.
