Today I want to share a recipe for a pie with cherries and streusel crumbs. It is unusually soft and fluffy, sour cherries and crispy streusel perfectly complement each other. Such a cake can be baked not only with cherries, but with any fresh or frozen berries and fruits.

Recipe:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Sugar -150gr.

Flour -200gr.

Butter -60 gr.

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp

Baking powder -10g.

Cherry -300gr.

Corn starch -1 tbsp

For crumb:

Sugar -50 gr.

Flour -50 gr.

Butter -40 gr.

Vanillin - 1 pack

COOKING METHOD

Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 150 grams of sugar. Beat with a mixer until the mass increases and becomes clear. Now add 60 grams of melted butter, 2 tablespoons. vegetable oil. We mix.

Measure out 200 grams of flour, add 10 grams of baking powder and mix. Now add flour and baking powder to the dough and mix. The dough is ready.

We take a mold, the diameter of my mold is 22 cm, grease with oil and pour the dough. Cherries 300 grams, if frozen like mine, you need to defrost in advance and drain the liquid. Now add 1 tbsp. starch, I add cornstarch.

Mix and put on the dough. Let's prepare the crumb. Put 50 grams of flour, 50 grams of sugar in a bowl, add vanillin and 40 grams of butter just from the refrigerator.

We turn everything into crumbs with our hands.
Now sprinkle the cake with the resulting crumb. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cooked, be guided by your oven. Remove from the mold, let cool and now cut into portions. Airy soft and delicious.
