Original orange chocolate. How to make chocolate at home.

Today we are learning how to make a delicious live raw-food aromatic chocolate with a bright orange flavor.

Ingredients:

1. Orange jam - 3-4 tablespoons

2. Powdered orange peel - 1 tsp

3. Coconut flakes - 1 cup

4. Peanuts - a third of a glass

5. Oatmeal - 1 tablespoon

6. Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons

7. Cocoa powder - a teaspoon (without it)

Preparation

First, pour the coconut flakes into the blender container, add peanuts and oatmeal to it.

Grind everything together for about a minute until the oil is released (we bring it closer to the urbech). We shift the mass into a deep container (it is no longer free-flowing, but viscous). And if you add butter to it and just pour it with honey or condensed milk, then we get delicious white chocolate. And if you add cocoa, then regular dark chocolate will come out (+ you can make dark chocolate, just without adding a sweetener).

But today we are making an orange one and therefore we are doing additional "body movements". That is, we add ground orange peel (if it is not available, then it is necessary to grind the dry zest on a coffee grinder to a powdery state and pour in). If you wish, you can also throw in a little good cocoa (but it's good without it).

Pour orange jam into our resulting half-urbech (by the way, you can make jam yourself without cooking and without sugar on honey). We put coconut oil (it is needed for the elasticity of our future chocolate bar).

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. We put our yummy in a silicone chocolate mold (it can be half a juice box, cut lengthwise). We put ours in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight.

We remove the chocolate from the mold (it is easy to get, and if it is still pre-lubricated with oil, then the bar is simply "slip out!") If desired, this chocolate can be made neat and wrapped in a package of ordinary chocolate or foil and treat a friend.
