Meatloaf with egg

Ingredients: minced beef, minced pork, egg, white bread (loaf), milk, onion, boiled egg, cheese, Salt and ground black pepper

Cooking method:

Let's prepare all the ingredients. Bread or loaf pour milk. In a bowl, combine minced beef and pork, add the egg, chopped onion, salt and black pepper to taste. Squeeze liquid from bread and transfer to minced meat.

Mix thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.

Spread the stuffing on foil or parchment, form a layer. In the center we lay out boiled eggs, grated cheese on top. We roll into a roll.

Roll up the foil and place in a baking dish. We send it to a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Then open the foil and once again send it to the oven for 15 minutes in order to brown.
