Millet porridge with pumpkin in multivarka: balm for digestion

Millet with pumpkin - the perfect combination. Let's try to cook.

Ingredients:

0.5 kg of purified pumpkin
1 cup millet
1.5 cups milk
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.5 hours. l. salt

Preparation:

1. Millet rinse thoroughly and soak in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then discard grits in a sieve and dry.

2. Pumpkin crush any way - cut into small cubes or grate.

3. In a bowl pour Multivarki clean steamed millet and grated pumpkin. Add salt and sugar.

4. Pour into bowl water. The fluid should cover the slightly basic components.

5. Set mode "porridge" with the default settings. If there is no use the mode of "Quenching" 1.5 hours.

6. After 40 minutes, pour the milk and continue cooking another 20-30 minutes.

Periodically porridge need to get in the way that it did not stick to the walls and bottom of the bowl.

After Multivarki signal, switch off the appliance and leave the mess for 15 minutes under the lid.

Serve with butter and honey if desired.

Culinary advice:

a mess, you can add raisins or other dried fruits for 15 minutes until tender;
a little ground cinnamon porridge will give a more flavor and richness;
as in the pumpkin porridge of millet well add lemon zest or fresh apple slices;
porridge can be stored in the refrigerator for three days, if you shift into a special container with a lid.
