Pies with cabbage yum-yum! 😂 I still had cabbage and I decided to get confused with the filling.
Ingredients: ready-made yeast-free dough, eggs, onion, medium cabbage, draining oil, salt, spices for cabbage (whatever you like), sugar, egg for greasing pies
Cooking method:
Cut the cabbage into small pieces and boil for 10 minutes in salted water.
Put the plum oil in a preheated pan with a thick bottom, finely chop the onion there, fry it until golden brown and put it in a separate container.
Boil the eggs ahead of time.
In the same pan, cut the cabbage, it should be a little already soft. Simmer covered for 20 minutes until soft, add a little water.
Add the onion there, then all the spices, salt, sugar, a tablespoon.
When the cabbage has cooled, add finely chopped eggs. Let the filling stand for 20 minutes.
So, we take 500 grams of dough, there are two layers of 250 grams each. Roll out thinly, cut into squares, then roll out each. Put the filling in the middle of the square, close it into a triangle.
We spread our pies on a baking sheet with paper, grease with an egg and in the oven at 220 gr for 20 minutes!
