Tasty dishes in pots

Greetings to all dieters!

Caught my eye recently, the long-forgotten pots. So I decided, why not give them a new life and do not cook something in their tasty and healthy.

So I present to you the next recipe!

We will need per serving (1 pot):

  • 110 grams of chicken breast,
  • 120 g of potato,
  • 55 g of zucchini,
  • 20 g of carrot,
  • 10 g of onions,
  • a teaspoon of sour cream 10%,
  • 1/3 tsp of tomato paste,
  • salt and black pepper to taste.

Of course you can take less potato and more zucchini, add something of their own at will and taste. But then do not forget to count the KBZHU.

Preparation.

Finely chop the onion, carrot grate.

Onions and carrots put in the pot, add some water a little bit and send it for 10-15 minutes in the oven.

At this time, chop the chicken, potatoes, and squash - diced.

We took out pots and spread layers:

  • chicken (salt and pepper, add tomato paste and a teaspoon sour cream)
  • Potatoes (solim)
  • zucchini.

Send it in the oven for 40 minutes, until cooked potatoes.

We get all stirred the pot, give a little cool.

If you do not have pots or oven, then this dish, you can safely cook on the stove in a pan.
