Chicken breast baked with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients: Chicken fillet, Mixed vegetables, Tomatoes, Russian cheese, Chicken eggs, Sour cream 15%, Mustard, Paprika, Suneli hops, Pepper mixture, Dried herbs, Salt

Cooking method:

To prepare the dressing sauce, break 2 chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour 0.5 teaspoon of salt into it and beat until a homogeneous egg mass, into which then put 0.5 teaspoon of ready-made mustard, add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of suneli hop salt and 0.5 teaspoon of a mixture of ground red and black peppers.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, then put in it 200 grams of 15% sour cream, 1 tablespoon a spoonful of dried homemade greens and mix all the ingredients together until a homogeneous dressing is obtained sauce.

Cut into small pieces of 500 grams of chicken fillet and lay out in an even layer in a form suitable for diameter and height. Defrost the vegetable mixture of green peas, beans, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli and lay it out an even layer on top of the chicken pieces, after which we pour the vegetables with the fillet pieces with the prepared dressing sauce.

We cut 2 tomatoes into arbitrary slices and put them in a uniform layer in a mold, after which we put the mold in a preheated to 200 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes, after which we spread on top of the tomatoes with an even layer of 100 grams of grated Russian cheese and put the form in the turned off oven for 5 minutes, after which we lay out the prepared dish on portioned plates and serve to table.
