#kukpad4 Everyone in my family loves fish very much, so I often cook fish dishes. The recipe that I propose is very interesting in terms of the compatibility of products in it. The fish turns out tasty and juicy, and the dish as a whole looks bright and festive. It can be served both hot and cold. You can take absolutely any fish fillet that you like best. I do not indicate the number of ingredients: choose according to your taste and desire. But in the recipe I will tell you how many products I took to prepare my dish.
Ingredients: fish fillet on the skin, tomatoes, semi-hard cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, chopped herbs (dill, parsley)
Cooking method:
For this dish, it is advisable to take a fish fillet in which there are no bones. I have 1 kg catfish fillet. Divide the fish fillet into portions. Put in a bowl, salt (1 tsp. spoon without a slide), pepper and pour lemon juice (I took juice from half a lemon). Mix and leave for 20 minutes. Just during this time, we will prepare everything else necessary for the dish.
We put all prepared products in one bowl. Dice fresh tomatoes. Tomatoes (2 pcs. medium size) remove the seeds and the liquid that is near the seeds to get rid of excess moisture. We cut only the walls. Cheese (100 g) rubbed on a coarse grater. In a convenient way, chop the garlic (2 cloves). Finely chop the greens (I have a small bunch of dill). We mix. Add mayonnaise (3 full tablespoons). I have homemade mayonnaise. Mix again.
For baking fish, I took a baking sheet measuring 20 cm x 26 cm, covered the bottom with parchment. You can use a ceramic or glass baking dish and lightly grease the bottom and sides with vegetable oil. It is very convenient to bake in a beautiful form, because in this case the dish can be served immediately on the table.
Lay the fish pieces on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other. First, spread the prepared cheese-vegetable mixture between the pieces. Then cover the top of the fish with the remaining mixture.
Bake the dish in the oven at 190 degrees for approximately 50 minutes. The finished dish will be browned on top.
Arrange juicy fish with fragrant sauce on plates and serve. Very tasty fish! My family loves this dish.
