Flavored soup of pork with bacon - delicious and satisfying!

Ingredients:

200 gr. peas
200 gr. pork
100 gr. bacon
4-5 pcs. potato
onion
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2-2.5 L of water
salt
pepper
seasoning

Preparation:


1. Pea rinse and soak in cold water for at least 2 hr.

2. Pork cut into cubes or make better use of meat on the bone.
Put the pork in a saucepan, cover with water and put to boil the broth.

3. Once the broth has boiled, remove the foam and put it in his peas without the liquid. Boil all without cover.

4. Slice the brisket.

5. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes and put into the soup.

6. Finely chopped onion and fry bacon in vegetable oil. If you like, you can in zazharku grate carrots.

7. Zazharku put in a pot of soup. To mix everything. Add spices and salt and cook soup until cooked peas. About 40 minutes.

Pea soup is ready!
