Ingredients: cabbage, eggs, flour, kefir, paprika, salt and black pepper, soda, hard cheese, herbs for decoration, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Wash the cabbage and cut into large pieces, and then chop with a blender. Putting the cabbage in a bowl, add eggs, spices, kefir, sifted flour. Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Grate hard cheese, place in a container and put in the refrigerator for a while.
Grease a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm with vegetable oil. Putting the prepared mass in this pan, fry over low heat under the lid. Fry each pancake on both sides, flipping with a spatula. When the pancake is turned over with the golden side, then sprinkle grated cheese on top and fry the second side of the pancake under the lid until the cheese on the first one is melted! Put the pancakes in portions on each plate, decorating with herbs, for example, spinach leaves. Bon appetit, stay healthy
