Let's cook)) First, the herring needs to be washed, peeled and cut into pieces. I take frozen herring and defrost it on the shelf in the refrigerator.

I put the pieces of herring in a bowl. I cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots in Korean style. And also in a bowl.

To this I added caviar and milk (they are no less tasty)

In a separate plate, I mix oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, red hot pepper, vinegar and tomato paste.

RECIPE:

• Herring - 2 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Carrots - 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil - 50 ml
• Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Salt - 1.5 tsp.
• Black pepper 0.5 tsp.
• Hot red pepper - 1/3 tsp.
• Vinegar 9% - 1.5 tbsp.

I add this mixture to fish and vegetables and mix. It's more convenient for me to do it with my hands. It is necessary that the marinade is well distributed.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 48 hours. Here's what happens:
