I only cook healthy food! Today we have buckwheat with meat, very tasty!!! Everyone in our family loves buckwheat. If you cook buckwheat, you will never go wrong! Buckwheat is not only tasty, but also very healthy. Buckwheat is in first place in terms of cereals! My son cooked the dish completely, later I will post a video and see for yourself.
Ingredients: meat, buckwheat, onion, bell pepper, carrot, water, salt, bay leaf, herbs
Cooking method:
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces. We put it in a slow cooker, salt, pour 1 glass of water and set the program "pilaf", time 30 minutes.
While the meat is stewing, we prepare vegetables: onions, carrots, bell peppers, clean and wash everything. We cut the onion into half rings, bell pepper into strips, finely greens, three carrots on a grater. We wash the buckwheat several times.
After 10 min. we add onions, carrots, bell peppers to the meat and mix everything well.
After another 10 min. we add dill, bay leaf and mix everything. We are waiting for the multicooker to turn off and that's it, the dish is ready! Bon Appetit!!!
