Ingredients: cloves, cinnamon, barberry, 1.5-2 cm of ginger, star anise, orange, lemon, water, honey, red dry or semi-dry wine
Cooking method:
Pour water into a saucepan and place on the stove. At this time, prepare the ingredients: cut the ginger into thin rings and, optionally, citruses.
When the water starts to boil, add spices and citruses. Boil for a few minutes under the lid until citrus juice is formed. After that, mix lightly and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes.
Warm the wine over moderate heat to 70 degrees, turn it off, add honey, mix with the prepared spice-citrus mixture. Wrap and leave for 15 min. Strain before serving.
Serve hot.
