Cooking method:
Sift flour, add 2 eggs and 1 yolk, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. l. water, salt and knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes, then roll out thinly and cut into noodles. (Thinly rolled dough sprinkled with flour can be pre-dry for about 2 minutes in a hot oven, then cut into noodles).
Meat pour 2.5 liters. water, add l / leaf, allspice, cloves, spices, bring to a boil, remove the foam. Add one whole onion, cook for 1.5 hours. Then, strain the broth, separate the pulp from the bones and cut into pieces. Bring strained broth to a boil.
Peel the second onion and finely chop. Wash carrots and celery root, dry and cut into strips. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add carrots, celery and fry for 4 more minutes.
Add chopped meat, vegetables, noodles to the boiling broth and cook for another 5 minutes. Next, add broccoli, divided into inflorescences, passed through a press, garlic, finely chopped greens, salt, pepper to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
