Today I want to share with you a recipe for cheese casserole, which can diversify our diet.
Sweet, tasty, sun, with the scent of lemon - This casserole will not leave you indifferent.
We need:
- pack of cottage cheese from 5 to 9% (I have a pack of 180 g), it is possible to take low-fat, but from him no good,
- 1 egg,
- 1 tablespoon whole grain rice flour without slides,
- 2-3 sachet sweetener,
- about 1/2 tsp lemon peel,
- 1/2 tsp turmeric,
- a small apple.
Preparation.
Mix all the ingredients (except apple) mixer.
Apple cut into slices.
In a baking dish (I use silicone bakeware, highly recommend) lay out of the curd mass, we shift the apple slices and spread the rest of the curd mass.
Top decorate with apple.
Ship in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
