My name is Anya and I myself have already lost 59 kg (we will soon celebrate the anniversary minus 60 kg from 132). Here I share my experience, daily menu and low-calorie recipes.
We eat tasty and satisfying food and are not afraid of food. We know our calorie intake, stick to a small deficit, and comfortably lose weight. And this is one of the most effective ways to lose weight.

And so that you do not make the mistakes that I made, I answer the question:
I'll move on to my today's menu. Today is my birthday (the article comes out a day later), but there is practically nothing festive on the menu, since we decided to celebrate on another day and not at home. I am already planning a small load, when I will just rest, eat deliciously and do not count any calories. But! Everything in moderation, even though it's a download.
In the meantime, for breakfast I have ham (80 g) with regular cheese (35 g) in pita bread (4 g). I ate such peculiar pies with green tea.
Breakfast turned out to be 365 kcal.
The pies are cooked very quickly. Literally 5 minutes and a delicious and hearty breakfast is ready! Even if it looks not very nice and neat, but tasty and satisfying - it's a quick breakfast!)).
After breakfast, work as usual. I need to quickly finish a few things and I can relax on the sly, since I have nothing urgent. Well, how to relax... of course, in the kitchen by the stove))).
During work, I had a snack of tea with 20 g of dark chocolate 75% - 110 kcal.
By lunchtime, I had already freed myself from work and cooked a cheese soup, our favorite.
While cooking soup, grabbed 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.
A plate of cheese soup for lunch (410 g) and rye bread (10 g) - 260 kcal.
Since Shrovetide week is going on, I decided to bake pancakes for the family today and maybe I will make a pancake cake out of them, greased with yogurt and sprinkled with cocoa, it will be visible.
But I tried one pancake - 100 kcal.
For dinner I have 190 g of lazy cabbage rolls 160 kcal.
And with tea in honor of the birthday - a piece of PP cake (100 g) - 210 kcal.
The last meal I had was 3 hours before bedtime.
In total, 1315 kcal were obtained in a day.
And an amazing thing - I got a wonderful BJU today, taking into account the PP of the cake and rice pancake - B-100, F - 60, U - 108.
This is how my birthday went. And on Thursday my husband and I will celebrate it in the dovem! In the plans for cinema and sushi!
