Ingredients: Beef liver, onion, carrot, olive oil, sour cream, spices and salt, cheese, batter: egg, flour, salt, pepper, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
We wash the liver and dry it, cut into squares 1 cm thick.
Mix the flour with salt and pepper in one bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper in another. put a frying pan with oil on the stove.
First dip the liver pieces in flour, then in the egg and fry in a hot pan very quickly on both sides. transfer the pieces to a baking sheet.
We clean onions with carrots. Grate carrots. In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the onions and carrots until cooked with your favorite spices. Cool down. Add sour cream and mix.
Put the carrot-onion mixture on the liver, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted. Look, do not overexpose, the liver should melt in your mouth.
