Pate " Domashniy" PP liver

Ingredients: chicken liver, large carrots, large onions, large garlic, butter, salt, pepper, boiled egg and vegetables - for decoration and optional

Cooking method:

Rinse the chicken liver, remove excess fat and films, cut into halves and pour ~ 2 liters of water.

Bring to a boil, remove the foam and boil for 5 minutes.

In the meantime (until the chicken liver boils), peel the carrots and onions, chop coarsely.

Add to the pan with the liver and cook for another 10 minutes.

Let cool min. 30-40 and break through in parts 🀭everything in a blender cup, adding butter to one of the parts (you can, of course, scroll through a meat grinder, but it turns out more tender with a blender😊)

Put the whole mass punched in parts into a container, add a little broth, salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Bon appetit and good mood everyone!😊
