Ingredients: yeast-free puff pastry, cherries (frozen), corn starch, sugar, Cream:, curd cheese, plum butter, condensed milk

Cooking method:

Mix the cherries with sugar and starch and boil over medium heat until boiling. Remove from fire immediately. I did not defrost the berries.

Roll the layers lightly in length and width, and cut into 4 strips about 6 cm wide. Slightly stretch the strips in width. And put the filling in the middle of each strip, carefully pinch. Connect carefully all the stuffed tubes to each other already in the form, inserting with a snail. I baked on baking paper.

Mix cottage cheese, soft butter and condensed milk. Whisk lightly.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees, focusing on your oven. Take out the snail and let it cool. Top with cream, and you can call everyone to the table!
