Unlike the breast, the red meat of the turkey drumstick is juicier. Therefore, the shank steak turns out to be tasty, tender, very juicy and fragrant. You can cook it both in a pan and in the oven. This dish can be a healthy and satisfying dinner. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients: Turkey Shank Steak, Carrots, Onions, Bell Peppers, Celery, Green Peas, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Provence Herbs
Cooking method:
Finely chop the garlic. Rinse the steak in running cold water, dry with a napkin. Rub with salt and spices. Then salt and vegetable oil. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables. Pepper cut into long strips, carrots into strips, onions into cubes. Celery in small pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Put the vegetables in the pan and lightly fry.
Preparing foil. Put half of the fried vegetables on it. Place the steak on top of the vegetables. Then put the remaining vegetables on the steak.
Cover everything with foil, put in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the steak in the oven. We bake 50 minutes.
Then open the foil and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.
