Now is the season of apricots and it's time to make aromatic jam, magic compotes and, of course, baked goods from them.
Ingredients:
250 gr. flour
100 g Sahara
2 eggs
200 gr. sour cream
100 g butter
2 pinches of salt
15 apricots
0.5 tsp l. baking powder
How to cook:
1. Sift flour with baking powder and mix with salt
2. Melt the butter and beat warm with sugar and eggs.
3. Pour sour cream into the egg mass, mix.
4. Introduce flour mixture with sour cream, in parts. Knead the dough slowly. You should get a dough like a pancake.
5. Cover the baking dish with parchment on the bottom, and grease the sides with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. The parchment can also be coated with oil with a brush.
6. Wash the apricots and evenly divide into halves, removing the seeds. It is advisable to remove the skin from the apricots, but this is not necessary.
7. Pour the dough into a mold, lay out the apricot halves on top.
8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the dough pan into it.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes. Then cool in the pan and place gently on a serving dish.
