Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 44 kg.

So Sunday came, on which we were planning a trip to the Soviet Era.

Thanks to the weather, it did not disappoint!

We got up early to have breakfast and no traffic jams domchat to her husband's parents, grab them for a walk.

For breakfast, I had scrambled eggs from two eggs, a sandwich with whole grain bread (30 g) and fish paste (40 g). Green Tea - an integral part of my breakfast.

Breakfast came on 410 kcal.

Plus, in the morning at breakfast, I drink vitamins. Since omega-3 long break for a month, after a three-month course.

Immediately after breakfast, we went to Moscow.

The weather was sunny and warm and the breeze is only sometimes interfere to make a more or less decent photo).

How beautiful all the same at ENEA, forgive me, but I can not resist to share with you this beauty.

My dinner consisted of whole grain pasta (about 100 g in finished form) and 2 sausages (that's the trouble of course, but there are like after a walk well, very much). Plus a few vegetables.

For lunch, I turned 500 kcal.

So I did before about PP, I do not even think any high-calorie yet sausages. Next time I will go with their food container)).

We returned home by the evening.

And for dinner I had the chicken breast fried in elektrogrile (90 g) and cucumber (120 g).

Dinner came to 130 kcal.

All in all, the day I got 1390 kcal.

Not even so much went through, given the ice cream and hot dogs. The only problem with BZHU - a shortage of protein, about half the required amount of fat and a small bust.

Well, the water I drank that day is not the norm.
