Cooking method:
Pre-soak the raisins in hot water for 20 minutes. Then rinse well and dry. Add eggs, sakhzam, vanillin to cottage cheese and mix. Add flour and semolina, and mix with a spoon. If the mass turned out to be dry and thick, like on cheesecakes, it is necessary to add milk in parts so that the mass turns out to be a mushy consistency.
Add raisins to the resulting mass and mix. Form for baking, grease with butter. We cover the bottom with baking paper, grease with oil. We spread the curd mass in a mold and put it in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30-36 minutes until a slight blush.
