Ingredients: beef ribs, carrots, large onion, turnip, small potatoes, dried peppers, Salt, Greens for serving
Cooking method:
Rinse beef ribs or meat on the bone thoroughly from small bones, put in a pot of boiling water, let it boil, remove the foam. Reduce the heat to a minimum and cook at a very low boil for 1 - 1.2 hours.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel the carrots, cut into cubes. After an hour of cooking, add it to the pan with meat.
Peel the onion, cut into very thin quarter rings and send to the pan.
Peel the turnip, cut into cubes. Send to the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of dried bell peppers to a low-boiling soup and salt to taste.
