Ingredients: quality crab sticks, Dough (glass = 200 ml):, flour, milk, sugar, salt, Filling:, cottage cheese, mayonnaise (depending on the fat content of the cottage cheese), garlic, chopped dill, Salt and pepper, Optional:, egg yolk for lubricants

Cooking method:

Dough: mix flour with sugar and salt, gradually add to milk and knead soft and elastic dough.

Stuffing: knead the cottage cheese thoroughly with a fork, add mayonnaise and mix, you should get a thick pasty mass.

Add chopped garlic, dill, salt and pepper, mix well.

Roll out the dough into a thin rectangular layer, cut into pieces according to the number of crab sticks. While working with one rectangle, be sure to cover the rest with a towel so that the dough does not wind.β˜οΈπŸ˜‰
