Puff pastry with cottage cheese and jam

Ingredients: Puff yeast dough, cottage cheese, egg, Jam (I have pear-citrus), Raisin

Cooking method:

Soak raisins in hot water for 20 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins. Beat 1 egg. Add half to curd. Mix until smooth. Add raisins and stir.

Visually divide the dough square into three parts and put the cottage cheese on the middle one, spread it evenly with a spoon, leaving the edges free. On the other two parts of the dough we make oblique cuts to get stripes 2 cm wide. We cut off the extra triangles in the corners, we do not need them. Put the jam on top of the cottage cheese.

Now we braid the pigtail: first we fold the vertical edge, then the stripes alternately from one side, then from the other, pressing to the opposite side. Place the pie in a baking dish lined with a mat. Lubricate with the remaining beaten egg, and bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
