Let's make delicious and healthy bread. Sift flour, salt, sugar into a bowl, add yeast, soda (it beats off the smell of yeast). Separately, mix hot water with milk and butter, check that a warm mixture is obtained. Gradually pour the liquid into the flour, mixing first with a fork, then with your hand.
We cover the kneaded dough and put it in a warm place for an hour. I do not cover, but put in the microwave, where there is already a mug of hot water. Form, and this is just a goose, I grease a little with oil, sprinkle with flour and put parchment on the bottom. I take out the dough, that's how well it has risen. I change and put it back.
Now, after an hour, the dough can be shaped and put in a goose for the final rise for 30-40 minutes. We keep warm. We heat the oven to 190 *. We send it to the oven, covered with a lid for 15 minutes, then remove the lid and leave for another half an hour, check with a skewer. The bread turned out great! Soft, fragrant! Bon Appetit!
