Pizza in the oven with mushrooms and olives

Ingredients: Dough:, kefir, egg, vegetable oil, soda, salt, wheat flour, Stuffing:, pork hams, pitted olives, marinated mushrooms, any ketchup, tomato, hard cheese, Italian herbs, Mayonnaise

Cooking method:

For the filling on 1 pizza, prepare the necessary ingredients, because. from this amount of dough, 2 round pizzas are obtained, the second pizza can be made with boiled sausage and pickles. I attached a link to the pizza with sausage.

We knead the dough: we extinguish the soda in kefir at room temperature, add salt, egg, vegetable oil, mix well with a whisk. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the dough. The finished dough should not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a napkin or film, let stand for 10 minutes.

We roll out the dough to the size of the form (I have 26 cm). Lubricate the cake with a little ketchup. Cut the pork ham into strips, lay on the dough.

Cut pickled mushrooms into plates, lay out the next layer. Cover with thin tomato slices. Cut the olives into rings, put on top.

We make a mesh of mayonnaise, sprinkle with Italian herbs. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Bon appetit 😋!!! If you liked my recipe and you cooked according to it, I will be very pleased if you leave your photo review 🤗🥰. Interesting to see what you have come up with.
