I recommend this recipe is very good and tasty way to cook khachapuri.
Ingredients for the dough:
2.5-3 cups of flour
2 eggs
1.5 cups of yogurt
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
0.5 hours. l. salt
pinch of sugar
soda pinch
0.5 hours. l. lemon juice or vinegar
For filling:
250 gr. ham
100 gr. hard cheese
50 oz. butter
ground black pepper
3 eggs
Preparation:
1. In bowl pour the yogurt, add 2 eggs, vegetable oil, salt and sugar.
2. In the flour add baking soda (to pay off with vinegar or lemon juice) and mix with kefir weight.
3. Knead the dough until then, until it no longer sticks to the hands. And then let it stand for 15-20 minutes.
4. Ham cut into thin strips, but not very long.
5. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
6. Cut small pieces from the dough and roll to 5 mm thickness.
7. Long edges of the dough and sprinkle with cheese roll tubes edge.
