I'll tell you how to cook semolina pancakes on kefir. It turns out fluffy, airy and very tasty. They are easy and simple to prepare, literally in 20 minutes you will have a whole mountain of pancakes. The recipe is highly recommended!
Cooking:
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Then add salt and kefir (you can take curdled milk or even fermented baked milk).
In parts, in small portions, add semolina, soda and mix until smooth. Ideally, let the dough stand for a while so that the semolina swells. But if there is no time, then you can cook right away.
Spoon the pancake batter onto the hot skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown. Fry like regular pancakes in vegetable oil over moderate heat.
Serve ready-made semolina pancakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Very tasty!
