Ingredients: Mackerel, Mushrooms, Onion, Sour Cream 15%, Lemon Juice
Cooking method:
We separate the head and tail, cut the stomach, take out all the insides, cut each carcass into 2 parts. Remove the spine and all bones. Mackerel does not have scales, but a skin that is easily removed. The resulting fillet is thoroughly washed under running water and dried with a paper towel.
We take mushrooms (in this case, champignons, but you can take any others), cut them into slices.
Onion cut into half rings.
Saute mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil. After all the moisture has evaporated, add sour cream and salt to taste, simmer for 10 minutes.
Lubricate the baking dish with oil, put the marinated pieces of fish in it. Sprinkle with lemon juice, be sure to salt. Spread the fried mushrooms with onions.
We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
