Ingredients: For the dough: flour, sugar, salt, egg, butter (cold), For the filling: apples, lemon juice, butter butter, sugar, raisins, zest of one lemon, starch, water, For almond paste: butter, sugar, honey, almond flakes, milk

Cooking method:

Pour flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, cold butter, egg into a blender bowl and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes.

Pour into a deep container, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix, add the zest of one lemon, washed raisins, sugar, butter.

Put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes under the lid, stirring occasionally.

Dilute starch with water and mix with apple filling. Remove from heat and let cool.

Line the bottom of a 24 cm pan with parchment paper. Spread the dough along the bottom and form sides, 5 cm high.

Pour in the apple filling and spread evenly.

To prepare the almond mass, combine almond flakes, sugar, honey, butter and milk in a saucepan. Put on fire, bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Pour the almond mixture over the apple filling and spread evenly.

Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. If the cake is browning too much, cover with foil. Remove the cake from the oven and cool completely in the mold. Remove from mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
