Step by step recipe:
To make homemade okroshka with chicken, take the products from the list. The liquid base in this recipe is kefir and drinking chilled water (mineral, boiled, any pure and usable water of your choice). It happens that sliced ​​vegetables and poultry are poured with other unsweetened fermented milk drinks. There may be water with sour cream, ayran, and natural yogurt, curd whey, and kvass.
Lemon juice is a must, with it the tonic, invigorating effect is enhanced.
To set the table as soon as possible, first boil the chicken fillet or other part of the chicken in salted boiling water (optionally with spices), separately boil potatoes in their uniform, and a hard-boiled egg.
Fresh raw vegetables with my greens, dry. The order in which the ingredients are cut and bookmarked does not matter. So, for example, we chop a fresh cucumber first: into cubes, circles, slices, straws - whatever you want. The more aromatic it is, the tastier the okroshka is.
