Cooking:
We make minced meat as for ordinary cutlets: add soaked bread, salt, pepper, egg.
Fry mushrooms with onions in a pan. A little salt to taste.
Grate the cheese and mix it with sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic.
Now take a baking dish and grease with vegetable oil. From minced meat we make a cutlet with a small depression (like a "boat"). Put the fried mushrooms with onions in the recess.
Top with cheese and sour cream and send to the oven. We bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve with any side dish. These meatballs are very juicy and tasty. Bon appetit, my dears!
