Julienne with chicken and mushrooms in milk

Ingredients: Filling:, - champignon mushrooms, - chicken fillet, - onion, - suluguni cheese, - salt, pepper, spices, Sauce:, - milk 1.5%, - butter, - flour, - nutmeg

Cooking method:

Prepare all foods. Mushrooms cut into slices. Finely chop the onion, meat into small pieces.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan, as soon as the juice is released, add the onion and simmer. Add salt and pepper spices to taste.

Separately fry the meat, add salt, pepper, spices to taste.

Mix meat with mushrooms, stew a little.

Grate the cheese, I ground it in a blender, as the cheese was very soft. Add a third of the cheese to the filling.

We're preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add flour, fry.

Gradually add milk, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.

As soon as the sauce thickens, add the nutmeg, mix, heat again. The sauce is ready.

We put the filling in the molds, pour the sauce on top and put the grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes. Our julienne in milk is ready. Serve hot. Bon Appetit. 😋
