The recipe for this appetizer was invented spontaneously when friends called and said that they were already coming to visit us. I always have a can of capelin roe in my locker for such occasions, this is an inexpensive and very tasty delicacy that everyone, without exception, loves. Also, I think many housewives have a can of cottage cheese or curd cheese, which they serve for breakfast. These two ingredients are perfect for taste, and you can come up with many snacks from them. We will prepare one of the options now.

Ingredients:

  • Bread loaf - 1 pc.
  • Curd cheese - 100 g
  • Capelin caviar - 100 g
  • Cucumber - a couple of slices
  • Dill - for decoration

Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Wash the cucumber and dill under running water, pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the bread into 1 centimeter slices. If there is no such baked product in the house, you can take regular bread, cut it into chunks and squeeze circles out of them using a glass with a small neck.

Put the pieces of bread on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for a few minutes. You need to dry them to the state of croutons.

The cucumber can be replaced with a slice of tomato, it is also delicious with it.
