We usually use this recipe to cook young potatoes. You don't even need to clean it.
We just wash the potatoes well (it is convenient to do this with a clean, hard sponge for dishes).
Then I cut the potatoes into thin slices (just don't cut them to the end). You can use two foil-wrapped pencils. I put potatoes between them. And I cut it.
Then I put the sliced potatoes in a greased pan and salt it.
Now the minced meat. You can take any. we usually use mixed (here beef + chicken), but any meat will do.
I add salt, spices and mayonnaise to the meat (I add mine in milk - it's great for baking). I mix the minced meat well. I will leave the recipe for thick homemade mayonnaise in milk without eggs at the end of the article.
Now you need to "stuff" the potatoes. I spread a little prepared minced meat in each cut. It is convenient to do this with a knife. It turns out something like this:
It remains to put a piece of butter on top.
I put the dish with potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
Then sprinkle the potatoes with cheese and bake for about half an hour. See if the potatoes are ready!
And that's it! The dish is ready. Serve with fresh herbs.
