Now who just did not touch on the topic of the virus. They tell how to wash your hands, how to eat so as not to gain weight, what to do and where to run.
Let's not open up what has long been discovered and known.
To lose weight and not gain weight, you must spend more energy than we consume with food.
That's all. Basic rule. No special products, super pills and drugs will help.
Realizing the need to lose weight and preserve your health is the first step.
And the second step is counting calories and their deficit, which can be maintained even while sitting at home.
The calorie deficit provided me with tasty and satisfying weight loss. For 2 years I managed to lose 60 kilograms of excess weight.
Having gained 132 kg with the help of eternal diets, I finally found a way that helped me lose weight and I hope that it will be forever.
Moving on to the menu for today.
For breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with butter (10 g) and cheese (35 g) and squash caviar (50). I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.
It turned out breakfast for 430 kcal.
Today I ran out to the store and take out the trash.
In the store, the shelves are filled with groceries, everything is there - buy it, if you had money. And they buy. Full of people early in the morning.
Today I saw the following picture.
At the checkout, mommy and her baby are standing behind me in line. Mommy is all on the phone with her head. The child almost licked the entire movable belt at the cash register, wrapped his hands around everything. What do all kids love to do? Then drag your hands into your mouth. Mommy's reaction: "I pulled the child, said - I told you not to touch anything" and further into the phone. Neither treat your hands with an antiseptic, nor take and hold by the hand🤷♂️. Naturally, the child continued to stand next to me at the checkout and grab onto everything, until I gently pushed him away, laying out the groceries.
At the same time, everyone already knows that a man with a confirmed diagnosis was taken away this week in a neighboring street. And he could well go to our store (and not only he, but also 23 people who had direct contact with him), touch the tape, communicate with sellers (who not all have masks, I must say, there are), and so on.
This is the answer to the question why so many young people are infected. Carelessness and indifference.

At home, I took apart the packages, walked over the doorknobs with alcohol, and wiped my phone. For one thing and rubbed it all. I often do this, by the way. Phones are practically not issued from hands.
Here I wanted to have a bite.
Had a snack with an egg (60 g) with fish paste (20 g) - 155 kcal.
While preparing dinner, I ate 20 g of peanuts - 110 kcal.
For lunch, everyone baked pizzas on curd dough. I put 50 g of baked chicken breast, spinach, Korean-style carrots, tomato in the filling and sprinkled with cheese.
Lunch turned out to be 420 kcal.
For dinner - stewed Peking cabbage 250 g and baked chicken breast (150 g), which is left over from yesterday's chicken.
It turned out to be a dinner for 220 kcal.
And again an unaccounted-for has come out, it's boring and I want to chew something while watching a TV series. But I immediately caught myself and went and weighed and wrote down in the counter - an orange (100 g) - 40 kcal.
Fitted perfectly into KBZHU.
In total, 1375 kcal were obtained in a day.
I drink water during the day. I drink my 2 liters of water with pleasure, although two years ago I didn't even drink 100 ml of water in a day - I only drank black tea with sugar and suffered from edema.
And I again to you for advice.
Here, on my window, the chili pepper, which I planted with seeds, begins to bloom. I heard somewhere that the first flowers should be cut off. Is it so?
There are different opinions on the Internet, and for the most part, it is advised to tear it off if there is a further transplant into the ground. But I won't have it.
