Some time ago, on my channel, I published a recipe for the Karpatka cake, which is made from 2 cakes made from custard dough and also custard. This is a very tasty cake - the cakes are soft, the cream tastes like ice cream.

And today I want to bring to your attention another recipe for the simplest cake, for the preparation of which you will need 2 packs of purchased puff pastry (or actually prepared) and 2 ingredients for preparation of cream. This is a kind of lazy "Napoleon". A very easy option and delicious! Try it and you will see for yourself.
Cooking ingredients:
Puff pastry (I have yeast) - two packs (4 sheets)
Boiled condensed milk - 1 can
Butter - 100 g
Let's get started ...
First, prepare the cakes. Take 2 packs of puff pastry and put the sheets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do nothing with the dough - no need to roll out, stretch or cut, open the package, take out the dough and put it on a baking sheet, everything! We wait until the dough becomes soft (after all, it was in the freezer) and send it to bake in the oven.
They are baked for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool the baked cakes - cool down in 7-10 minutes.
In the meantime, the cakes are baked, we take a can of boiled condensed milk, butter ...
And, beat them together using a mixer. The cream is ready! It will take you less than 5 minutes! We remove the cream while the refrigerator.
After the cakes have cooled down, alternately crush each of them, crumbs will be poured from above and below - we put it in a bowl, grind it, it will be needed to sprinkle the cake.
Now we divide each cake in half - that is, we will have a total of 8 cake layers, puff pastry, so it will not be difficult to divide them.
Well, all that remains is to put the cake together! Immediately grab a suitable serving dish, or something more suitable for you - I have a round pizza board (which I am not using as intended). We put the first cake (any), grease with cream on top ...
... And, in a similar way, we collect the cake to the end.
Coat the entire cake on top with the remains of the cream and sprinkle with chopped crumbs. We put it in the refrigerator for a while so that it is soaked. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
